ILA Local 1410 is a powerful organization whose mission is built upon its historical foundation of taking a stand of brotherly love – all for one, and one for all.  We will work diligently to enhance the opportunities for all workers (members and nonmembers), affiliates, and the friends and family of our labor union.  ILA Local 1410 will continue to work in conjunction with our Local, District, and International brothers and sisters through collective bargaining to increase wage rates, improve conditions, and secure benefits for workers and their families.  Through civic and humanitarian engagements and educational opportunities, we will work to foster a united front that will advance our local for the betterment of the ILA collectively.  We will work to ensure upcoming generations are prepared to lead into the future.  With your help, loyalty, and devotion to duty, we, ILA Local 1410, will hold ourselves and others accountable to our values.  Together, we will be the model for unions across America.
